Jin Jun Mei is one ofChina’s most famous black teas, originating from the WuyiMountains in Fujian| Province. The production of Jin Jun Mei began relatively recently, in 2005,when local tea farmers innovated upon the traditional Zhengshan Xiaozhong black tea. Despiteits short history, Jin Jun Mei has quickly gained high recognition in the tea market for itsexceptional quality and unique taste.

1. Prepare Tea Set: Glass cup or white porcelain cup.
2. Water Temperature: 80-85°C.
3. Measure Tea: Add 3 grams of tea leaves per cup.

2. Add Tea: Place 3 grams of tea leaves into the cup.
3. Brewing:
○ First Brew: Pour 80-85°C hot water, steep for 1 minute, then drink.
○ Second Brew: Pour 80-85°C hot water, steep for 1 minute.
○ Third Brew: Pour 80-85°C hot water, steep for 2 minutes.
